TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Terms And Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store  www.onlineforhome.co.uk and we strongly advise to read it before placing your order.

2.  If you are concerned about any of our terms and conditions please feel free to to contact us and we will be happy to assist you with any informations.

3.  By placing an order you agree to all our terms and conditions without exception and all sales are final without any exceptions. We stronlgy advice to check all item specyfications including colours, measurements, materials etc before placing the order. We also suggest to perform all the required measurements of the areas, which will be used to carry in the products like gates, corridors, halls, staircases, etc. to make sure it is enough space. It mostly relates to big elements like sofas, armchairs and other. 

4.  PAYMENTS:
All payments are secured and operated by world respected company PayPal.
We accept all major card payments via our website or phone payment line. You can also make a payment via Paypal Express Checkout or bank transfer.

5.  STOCK AVAILABILITY:
All products are subject to stock levels, availability and location. We do our best to keep our current stock details and availability as accurate as possible. Unlikely, if a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, and we will not be able to deliver it on time we will inform you about it via contact details provided. We will rearrange and dispatch the product for different date when it becomes available. We reserve the rights to ship the item in specific cases with 30 days delay from date of purchase.

6.  DELIVERY:
All products will be delivered directly to your front door. We DO NOT carry the products upstairs.

Once order is placed and we received cleared payment, we process the goods for delivery. Delivery times varies and depends of the item, stock availabilty and original item location. It is normally up to 5 weeks but usually quicker and the estimated delivery is stated when placing the order. If it is necessary we will contact you to confirm exact delivery date and time or provide you with tracking informations.
PLEASE NOTE: Some special orders or out of stock products may take longer and we will contact you if there is any delays. If you are concerned about your delivery please contact our staff.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Once the date is agreed it is very important to let us know at least 24 hours before if you will not be able to accept your delivery . We can then rearrange it to different date based on our delivery schedule. If the courier will not be able to deliver your goods on the date further delivery charges may apply.

We check every product with care to make sure items are undamaged and arrived safely. Unlikely, if your delivered package is damaged or missing goods, you must report it to us within 48 hours.
We also recommend customers to check the package upon delivery before signing the delivery note and report any damages if occurred.  Failure to do so may affect a chance of a refund or replacement goods.

7.  WARRANTY:
All products we sell we sell is covered with warranty ( unless is stated different in item discription). It is important to use your purchased products according to specifications and product discriptions. Please check supplied instruction guidelines (if any) for details how to look after about your item. Please note that all damages caused by third party may be subject to cancellation of warranty.

8.  RETURNS:
It is our proud to make sure every single customer is satisfied with their purchase and we do our best to describe the items as accurate as possible. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the item please contact us to discuss that first.

Please contact us via email to arrange/report goods for return no later than 7 days from delivery date. Outside that period no returns will be accepted. No goods will be accepted at the warehouse without prior consent.

All products are NEW and covered with manufacturers warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: All damages caused by third party may be subject to cancellation of warranty / return reject.

We do not accept refund caused by order mistakes.
We stronlgy advice to check all item specyfications including colours, measurements, material etc before placing the order. It mostly relates to big elements like sofas, armchairs and others.
Colour mismatch and shades will not be accepted as a reasons for returns .
The pictures on our website are only for display purposes and might look slightly different comparing to real products, due to screen colours and brightness adjustments and the light when the pictures were taken.

PLEASE NOTE that when returning rejected goods, the original package and contents must in perfect condition and item must not be used. We request that you do not assemble the goods if you plan to return them as this can damage the goods. This allows us to be able to re sell the item as brand new.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely to our warehouse. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, less any delivery costs incurred.

9. We reserve the rights to amend, withdraw or extend our terms and conditions, which will be updated on this page.
